In our compliance set up manufacturing units we are producing all types of circular knitted items (tee, polo, sweat. Joggers, hoodie), flat knit/sweaters both pullover, cardigan and woven both top & bottoms items.

Circular Knitted Items:
We are smoothly habituate to produce Single Jersey, Heavy Jersey, Pique, Lacoste, Interlock, Rib, French Terry, Fleece, Feeder Stripe, Engineering Stripe, Flat Knit Collar & Cuff etc. which are knitted by Cotton, CVC, Viscose, Modal, Polyester, Cotton Viscose, Cotton Modal, Polyester Viscose, Cotton Polyester etc. We used to produce T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, Sweat Shirt, Golf Shirt, Tank Tops, Children Wear, Jogging Suits, Under Wear, Running Shirt, Running Pant, Biker Shirt, Biker Pant, Cycling Shirt, Cycling Pant, Ski Shirt, Ski Pant, Ski rally, Functional Wear, Sleeping Wear & Sports Wear etc. The average lead time for local fabric is 60-70 days and for imported fabric 110-120 days.

Flat knit [Sweater] Items:
We are smoothly habituate to produce 10% cotton , 100% Acrylic, Soft Acrylic, 50/50 Acrylic/Cotton, Cashmere like, mohair like, 70/30 Acrylic/wool, 85/15 Acrylic/wool, wool, nylon, viscose, tube yarns, tape yarns etc. We used produce Cardigan, Pullover & Vest with different gauge & different composition of yarn with different kinds of print, embroidery, wash & dying for men’s, ladies, boys, children, girls. The average lead time for local yarns is 90 days and for imported yarn 110-120 days.

Woven Top & Bottoms Items:
We used to produce 100% cotton Twill, Canvas, Poplin, Rib stop, Calico, Sheeting, Jacket, pant, shirt, Voile, Y/D , printed and all kinds of denim including stretch denim. We used produced skirt, long pant, trouser, shorts, Bermuda & ladies blouse in different kinds of fabric (local or imported) for men’s , ladies, boys, children, girls with different kinds of print, embroidery, washes. The average lead time for local fabric is 80-90 days and for imported fabric 110-120 days.

Other Products:
We also produced socks, lingerie’s, hats, jute bags, handicrafts, and few leather goods.

Quality Control:
CVS Global has highly qualified & experienced Quality Control team.. The work team has priority on quality comes first and engaged to pick up the best quality for our valued customers. The company has been maintaining the schedule time frame for every shipment and has been honoring the customer with their current fashion choices and needs.

Fabric/Garment testing:
We do always fabric and readymade garment tests as per our customer’s requirements.

Order Quantity:
We are ready to serve for our valued clients even the order quantity would come 2000 pcs. But of course it execution depends raw materials availability/arrangements. Since we strongly believe small order could create big orders one day.

Delivery and Payments Term:
Our standard term of delivery is FCA/FOB term of payment is by Letter of Credit at sight. We are also doing TT based works.

Future Plan:
We’ll establish soonest possible “CVS Global Design Studio”, which will support our valued clients in design and development of their collections. Further we’ll make our own collection for spring-summer and autumn-winter to present our concept based on global fashion trend.

Exporting Zone:
We are regularly exporting to UK, Europe, Canada and Russia. We’ll export to USA market shortly.
